Toying With Texas
In February, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a Texas state law that banned the sale of sex toys. The Court ruled that the law violates the Fourteenth Amendment, which guarantees the right to privacy. Alabama is now the only state with a ban on sex toys. Play on in any of the other 49 states.
