“[I]t’s giving SURPRISES!!!!!! the premiere is NOW streaming y’all!”

Thanksgiving has come early this year for “The L Word: Generation Q” fans. On Thursday, the show announced on its Twitter platform that the first episode of the much-anticipated third season is now available for streaming one day ahead of the original release date.

“[I]t’s giving SURPRISES!!!!!! the premiere is NOW streaming y’all!,” the post read. Included was a link to Showtime’s site, where subscribers can view the first episode, “Last Year.”

Followers were ecstatic.

“The heart attack I just had from this ONE EPISODE,” wrote one recent viewer. “And let’s not get me started on the trailer for the next episode.”

Another posted, “it was phenomenal,” followed by three smiley-face emojis with heart eyes.

Showtime had announced in August that season three would be available for streaming Nov. 18, with its official premiere on Nov. 21.

In addition to the regular cast, season three will include some new and returning faces. Rosie O’Donnell, who joined the cast in season two as Tina’s fiance, Carrie, will reprise her role in the new season. Margaret Cho, Joanna Cassidy, Joey Lauren Adams, and Kehlani will appear as guest stars.

Subscribers can watch the first episode on Showtime’s platform. For those waiting for Sunday’s premiere, you can watch the season three trailer here
