Hulu has released a new, longer trailer for the show “The Handmaid’s Tale,” which will premiere on April 26, 2017. This trailer gives us a glimpse into the series adaptation of Margaret Atwood’s dystopian novel.
Watching the trailer gives you a horrifying lens into how society just didn’t wake up as a series of crises had an oppressive regime take over the entire nation. It shows Elizabeth Moss’ character torn away from her child as armed men patrol the streets. As she is forced into the role of a handmaid and given the task of bearing children for society’s elites.
This trailer definitely has us counting down the days until we can binge on the whole first season!
