Elon Musk has agreed to the request of Libs of TikTok to release “data dump” on the Anti-Defamation League‘s efforts to deplatform the hate account, citing it will “clear the air” of the ADL’s “true intentions.”
The anti-LGBTQ+ account Libs of TikTok is run by Chaya Raichik, who was originally anonymous but revealed her identity and was shortly after recognized as a January 6th insurrectionist. She uses the X account to save videos of LGBTQ+ people on TikTok and share them on X for followers to insult. The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) has been working to ban the Libs of TikTok X account, among other hate accounts. Musk has threatened to sue the ADL for “destroying half the value of the company” after the group accused him of being anti-Semitic.
In a response to a post stating that Raichik can’t possibly be anti-Semitic because she is an Orthodox Jew, Musk posted, “ADL has pushed hard for us to shut down accounts like Chaya’s, even though it has nothing to do with anti-Semitism, which is their supposed charter!”

Raichik seized the opportunity to have Musk personally protect her account by responding, “Elon, would you consider releasing some of the communications between X and the ADL so we can all see their true intentions? I’m definitely interested in seeing their requests to ban my account!”

Thirty-five minutes after her response, she made a separate post with a screenshot of her reply formally requesting that Elon Musk release all communications between ADL and X, stating,
“Dear Elon, Please consider releasing all communications and providing full transparency on the ADL & all other organizations who have pushed to censor certain accounts on Twitter/X. Sincerely, Thousands of users who have been suspended, throttled, silenced, and shadowbanned,” Raichik wrote.

About twenty minutes later, Musk replied, “Great point. A giant data dump would clear the air.”

After this response, Raichik sounded the alarms for all groups that were affected by “censorship”, stating “BREAKING: Elon suggests he will release all the data relating to the ADL and other organizations pushing to censor and silence X accounts We need a full list of which organizations pushed for censorship and which accounts were affected! THINGS ARE ABOUT TO GET WILD.”
That’s for sure.
Might take until next week, as we’re short-staffed this week.

Musk stated that they are “short-staffed” and it might take until next week for any reports to be released.
In a statement, ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt addressed Musk’s threats to sue the organization.
“It is profoundly disturbing that Elon Musk spent the weekend engaging with a highly toxic, antisemitic campaign on his platform – a campaign started by an unrepentant bigot that then was heavily promoted by individuals such as white supremacist Nick Fuentes, Christian nationalist Andrew Torba, conspiracy theorist Alex Jones and others,” Greenblatt said.
He added, “This behavior is not just alarming nor reckless. It is flat out dangerous and deeply irresponsible. We need responsible leaders to lead, to stop inflaming hatred and to step back from the brink before it’s too late.”
