Celebrate Independent Bookstore Day on Saturday 4/27 with a Queer Book Fair hosted by Hive Mind Books at @bushdykebar in Bushwick 6-9pm

Come by The Bush to end your #brooklynbookstorecrawl with a book fair stacked with books by queer and trans authors. Fiction, theory, romance, sci fi, memoir, classics, we’ll have a hand-picked selection that covers a little bit of everything. We’ll have some gay bookish stickers and pins in the mix, too.

We’ll also be taking donations for the mutual aid initiative @nonbinarianbike at this event. Bring the queer books taking up space on your shelf (or buy some while you’re here) and drop them off with us for Nonbinarian. We’ll have some books from their wishlist. Everyone who donates a book to the Nonbinarian will get a free limited edition Hive Mind Books postcard.

Totally free to show up. Come browse books, grab a drink, and chill. And bring plenty of cash to tip your bartender, too.
