The lesbian rumor mill is swirling out of control after an “inside source” revealed that Ashlyn Harris is dating Sophia Bush.
In August, the news broke that Bush had separated from her husband after 13 months of marriage. Last week, it was leaked that Harris filed for divorce from her wife, fellow soccer legend Ali Kreiger, in September. They married in 2019 and adopted two children together, Sloane, 2 1/2, and Ocean, 14 months.
The inside source told PEOPLE, “After being friends for years, and running in the same social circles, Sophia and Ashlyn went out on their first dinner date a couple of weeks ago. This is so recent, and they are both beginning new chapters.”

The source added that “although its new information to the public, Ashlyn and Ali’s divorce began months ago, and they have been living apart since the summer,” and there is “no salacious story.”

Rumors about Bush and Harris started on TikTok, as most rumors do these days. Trainer Tessa posted a TikTok last week presenting the case for the rumored relationship.

Bush, who is a part-owner of the NWSL team Angel City FC, attended Megan Rapinoe’s final game with OL Reign along with Ashlyn Harris. The two also attended the afterparty together.

Trainer Tessa created a follow-up video that shows more evidence of Bush and Harris’s relationship, but also drew attention to Harris’ comments on lesbian pop star FLETCHER’S social media accounts.
Though Bush has never come out publicly or dated a woman, there was that one scene in John Tucker Must Die that was a little bit too convincing.
Harris nor Bush have confirmed the relationship, but the evidence keeps flooding in. We’re hoping someone is checking on Kreiger and their kids, but a part of us is living for the drama.
