Kristin Hurd
A top New Jersey real estate broker for more than six years, Kristin Hurd made the move from brokering to development when she joined Dixon Mills, a condo conversion of the historic pencil factory, where she is a broker-sales manager. Hurd is also the founder and owner of the recently launched company Eco Home Innovation, which offers consultancy in environmentally friendly energy, home renovations and interior design. “We as a society do not have a choice, we must find alternative energy sources. This part of my journey is about being of service to the world around me and giving back what has been so freely given to me. I want to help people in their efforts to become Eco-Friendly and help reverse the damage we have done,” Hurd says. “My wife and I want to have children and I want to leave a world they can have children in as well.” -CB
