Exclusive Organic Spirits Tasting at The Dessert Bar

$160On Wednesday, May 22nd, The Dessert Bar at Patisserie Chanson will host Master Distiller David Ravandi, Founder & CEO of 123 Spirits (123 Organic Tequila, El Luchador Organic Tequila 110, and Craneo Organic Mezcal.)
The Dessert Bar’s acclaimed Executive Chef Rory Macdonald will showcase seven delectable dessert courses from his new spring menu, along with special pairings from the 123 Spirits portfolio. As each dessert item is served, Mr. Ravandi will speak about each pairing, and explain its significance in the world of Tequila. Among the Dessert Bar creations Chef Macdonald will serve are the Rooftop Honey Rice Pudding (local rooftop honey, creamy rice pudding, yoghurt poprocks, candied kumquats, pearl barley gelato, honeycomb) and the Smoked PB+J (double fermentation banana, chocolate + peanut butter cremeux, hickory smoke, dehydrated passionfruit.)
