In partnership with the Cuban Artists Fund, Times Square Arts will take the public on an abstract, visual road trip in Emilio Perez’s Dream Season on Times Square’s electronic billboards from 11:57 p.m. to midnight every night in November. This project is a part of Midnight Moment, a monthly presentation by The Times Square Advertising Coalition (TSAC) and Times Square Arts.Times Square – once the starting point of the first transcontinental highway connecting New York to San Francisco – becomes the site of a new virtual journey inspired by the rhythms and energy of the city. Dream Season floats through the layers of Emilio Perez’s colorful, abstract paintings, traveling vertically through layers of atmospheric color and shadow.
