ABOUT TIARA Tiara is a Team USA World Gold Medalist and World Boxing Organization, NABO World Champion with a record of 8-0 with 6KO’s. Boxing Highlights: • The first U.S. female in history to win both the Gold and Bronze Medal at the Women’s World Boxing Championship. • Competed in the first ever Women’s USA Olympic Trials placing 4th • Won Gold in Canada at the Pan American Games ranking #1 in the Continent at 125lbs. • The only American to win Gold in China at the Women’s World Championship becoming the third American in history to do so ranking #1 in the world at 125lbs from 2012-2015 Her accomplishments in the ring are equally matched outside the ring — On March 19, 2019 Tiara was chosen out of 2700 Officers and named DC’s Police Officer of The Year for her distinguished work with the community. This past April Tiara was presented a flag by Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes on Capitol Hill for her service as a police officer and as an pro-athlete. In addition to her work on the force and boxing Tiara volunteers at the Humane Rescue Alliance Group, Marthas Table and mentors at the Big Brother sister program in the DMV. Always giving back Tiara created the Tiara Brown Athletic Scholarship and awarded $1000 to a FT Myers senior to help with college expenses. ________________ This event is free but reservations are required.
