Halloween fun for children of all ages will return to Hudson River Park’s Pier 26 in Tribeca at the Halloween Kidz Karnival on Sunday, October 29th at 12pm. Children can be part of their favorite spooky story told by the Story Pirates, personalize their own pumpkin with the Friends of Hudson River Park Playground Committee or transform into their favorite character with face painting! There are rides for the more adventurous Halloween-lovers, too. Most attractions are FREE, but select attractions cost $2. This event allows Halloween lovers young and old a fun, safe place to celebrate their favorite holiday!
