QUEER ART FEST INC. is excited to partner with The LGBT Community Center on April 18th for FINANCIAL ZHUZH!, our second annual Fundraiser. Join us to celebrate our exciting year ahead! Hosted by our favorite stunt Queen Glow Job, with performances by the fabulous Robin Rose Quartz and music by Jo Disco.
We’ve got a whole host of fun activities planned for you! Take home a personalized polaroid by Rude Polaroids (2023 Glam Award Winner for Best Nightlife Photographer), get a flash portrait drawn by one of the many talented artists from the Doable Guys collective, have a birth chart reading performed by RECESS and enjoy snacking on some delicious Filipino treats by Bibingka Mama (all included with your ticket purchase). Plus, don’t miss out on the chance to win some amazing raffle prizes, auction items and giveaways!
We strive to provide accessible and profitable spaces for LGBTQ+ artists and we are proud to have been able to provide events free of charge to both our community of creatives and the public. As we plan for 2023 and beyond, we are asking for your support to keep our mission going strong. Our goal is to keep our events free for artists, free for the public and to pay our talent fairly and adequately. Your support allows us to continue to grow and evolve, while providing accessible spaces for LGBTQ+ creatives. We have some very exciting events in our pipeline and can only make them a reality with your help! If you’ve had a blast at one of our events in the past or if you are excited for the next one, we hope you’ll join us for FINANCIAL ZHUZH on April 18th! All funds raised will go towards zhuzhing our core programming and creating new economic opportunities for Queer creatives.
