Celebrating its 4 Year Anniversary, LDV Hospitality’s American Cut in Tribeca will feature Chef Marc Forgione’s Washugyu “4 Minute Steak” during the month of October. This special dish ($49) features a marinated, boneless 10 oz. Washugyu (Japanese Black Wagyu and American Black Angus) Rib-eye grilled to medium rare, served with a crispy Pommes Mille-Feuille and garnished with a small salad of Mizuna, Kale and Truffle Balsamic.
