From Octavia Butler to the X-files, retro futurism to modern day Young Adult fiction, we’ll be covering a wide range of what makes sci-fi so exhilarating-while reading it to you in the nude!

Bare Book Club (formerly “Naked Girls Reading”) is a group of beautiful womxn who love to read…naked. That’s it. Originally established a decade ago in Chicago as the monthly event Naked Girls Reading, the now named Bare Book Club has evolved into a popular literary salon with chapters across the U.S. and as far as Cape Town, South Africa. The NYC chapter reopened fall of 2021 and we are excited to bring you an evening of entertainment that you will never forget.
