Jess Glynne & Alex Scott Hard Launched Their Relationship

And just like that, another sapphic power couple has arrived.

Pop star Jess Glynne and sports commentator Alex Scott sealed their relationship with a kiss at the BRIT Award after-party on Saturday.

Speculation about their relationship started when they were first seen together on an advertisement billboard in Europe in May of the previous year, and they have been spotted at various events since then.

They were notably photographed side by side on the second day of Wimbledon in July, and later at a party thrown by the lingerie brand Coco Der Mer in August. In October, The Sun “confirmed” their relationship, and in November, they were seen getting close during a walk in London.

However, Glynne, 34, and Scott, 39, haven’t made any public statements or appearances as a couple. The most significant hint of their growing relationship came in January when both shared photos on Instagram from their trip to Mexico, basking in the sunshine together.

Glynne, known for hits like “Hold My Hand” and “Rather Be,” along with the ex-footballer Scott, who has since become a sports broadcaster, attended the BRIT Awards on Saturday. This event is often regarded as the UK’s esteemed counterpart to the Grammys, with Glynne taking on the role of an award presenter. They both shared a picture of their arrival, but saved the more formal photos for the after-party.

Both Glynne and Scott have not labeled their sexualities; however, they have shared that they have had prior relationships with both men and women.

In Scott’s 2022 memoir How (Not) To Be Strong, she revealed that she was previously in a relationship with her former Boston Breakers teammate Kelly Smith from 2005 to 2013. She referred to Smith as “her first love.”

In an interview with The Telegraph, Glynne said, “Over the years, I’ve never hidden who I am. I’m a very open person. I believe that love is love. And I’ve never hidden the fact that I’ve been in relationships with men, and I’ve been in relationships with women. That’s a massive side of my life.”
