Girls in Wonderland is Celebrating 25 Years!

Grab your besties, pack your hottest fits, and get ready for the wildest, queerest weekend of the year. Florida’s hottest lesbian event, Girls in Wonderland, is back, June 5-9, 2025! This is the event that brings thousands of women from around the world together for an unforgettable lineup of pool parties, dance nights, comedy, live music, and pure queer magic.

Expect legendary DJs, jaw-dropping performances, sexy go-go dancers, and an entire women’s resort packed with queer joy. With events curated by Amy Alonso, Alison Burgos & Yesenia Leon, the powerhouse team behind Pandora Events, some of the hottest lesbian parties in the country, you already know it’s going to be next level.

We’re talking pool parties that will have you living your best wet-and-wild life, dance parties that keep the beats pumping til sunrise, live performances from incredible women artists, comedy shows that will have you crying happy tears, and thousands of women from all over the world ready to vibe, flirt, and celebrate. And, of course, GO will be along for the ride.

In the words of Yesenia, “Girls in Wonderland is a place where everyone can be themselves, and you always leave with a new friend or girlfriend. There are no cliques. Everyone there is inclusive and just wants to have a good time,” she told GO.

After over two decades of Girls in Wonderland, Yesenia still can’t believe how big it’s grown. “I certainly didn’t expect it to be my career, that’s for sure,” she laughed. “We originally started with parties in Miami, but when Alison, Amy, and I were in Disney World, we ran into some friends who asked us if we were there to throw a party. We weren’t, but it gave us the idea to create another safe space in Florida. At the first Girls in Wonderland, we turned a random arcade into a night club, and we had 1000 women show up.”

Now, Girls in Wonderland is back for their 25th year, and it’s going to be more legendary than ever. Here are just some of the events you can look forward to:

Thursday, June 5: Traffic Jam Opening Party
What’s your vibe? Red (taken), yellow (proceed with caution), green (go for it!), or blue (let’s make it interesting)? This iconic party sets the tone for the weekend, with high-energy beats and dancers bringing the heat.

Friday, June 6: WET Pool Party
Nothing says vacay mode like a killer pool party, good drinks, and a pool full of gorgeous queers. Soak it in.

Friday Evening: Out for Laughs: Comedy Show

Get ready for a night of non-stop laughs with some of the hottest lesbian comedians in the game. Sip your drinks and let loose as the jokes hit just right in this high-energy comedy show.

Friday Night: Mardi Gras Femme Fest
It’s beads, masks, and queer revelry all night long at this high-energy celebration. Expect over-the-top performances, electrifying DJs, and a dance floor that won’t quit.

Saturday, June 7: SPLASH Pool Party

This is Yesenia’s favorite event. She told GO, “This is the biggest event, so the vibe is everything. I love watching everyone from all over the country being themselves and enjoying themselves together as one big group.”

Saturday Night: GIW’s Signature Dance Party

Sunday, June 8: Sun Funday Pool Party
Recover, refresh, and rally for one last epic day in the sun. And yes, the Muff Eating Contest is happening. You know you’re curious.

Sunday Night: Last Chance Party
One final dance, one last toast, and a whole lot of love before we say goodbye to another epic GIW weekend.

Girls in Wonderland is a celebration of queer women, joy, and connection. It’s a huge party, but like all Pandora events, there’s a chance to give back and make a difference for others. A portion of the proceeds goes to Our Rainbow Nest, a nonprofit started by Yesenia, Amy, and Alison. The organization is dedicated to helping LGBTQ+ individuals and couples start and grow their own families, inspired by Yesenia, Amy, and Alison’s individual journeys.

“We all started our families in different ways, and when we were thinking of ways to give back, we immediately thought about our experiences. It’s not just ‘Where do you get a sperm donation?’ We also help parents get in touch with lawyers for second-parent adoptions and other protections,” Yesenia told GO.
