Doechii Spills Dating Details: Straight Men Don’t Have A Chance
The Swamp Princess is saying what everyone is thinking.
Doechii got real honest about her dating life in a recent episode of Hot Ones Versus.
The Florida rapper, who came out as bisexual in 2022, joined her friend and collaborator DJ Miss Milan on this YouTube series. If you’re not familiar with the show’s concept, guests ask each other spicy questions and have the choice to either answer or down an extra-hot wing.
On Friday’s episode, the girls started off tame: Doechii shared her life goal of biking down the streets of Brazil, and Miss Milan hyped her bestie up for her performing skills. In round three, the questions began to dig a little deeper and their friendship was put to the test.
“What’s my biggest dating red flag?” Doechii asked Milan. The rapper wrote down her answer as Milan contemplated hers.

“Is it being on the DL?” Milan threw out. “You’re on the right track,” Doechii teased. “You want to guess one more time what would be a red flag for me?”
In a last-ditch effort to avoid the hot wing, Milan guessed “bad music taste,” which Doechii agreed was a good answer, but not her biggest ick.
“This is a huge red flag for me,” Doechii stated while flipping her whiteboard around to reveal her answer: “A straight man.”
“You know what’s crazy, I was gonna say men!” Milan laughed. Sorry guys, guess you don’t have a chance with either of these beautiful ladies!
Doechii explained her answer better than we ever could: “Strike one, you’re a man. And you’re heterosexual.” Period.
The Grammy award-winning artist has not shied away from discussing her sexuality. Recently, the “Denial Is A River” rapper confirmed to The Breakfast Club that she had a girlfriend and put biphobia on blast.
“Let me know what it is up front. I’ll accept you for who you are. It doesn’t really matter,” she told the show in December. “I think that sexuality is fluid and I really don’t give a damn.”

Doechii and Milan’s episode continued with childhood fears, a compliment battle, and in a true feat of friendship, the artists ate the ‘death wing’ together. The questions were hot and the wings were hotter. Although the girls were dying from the spice, we’ve never seen two Hot Ones guests look so good while doing it. A close tie to Keke Palmer, SZA, and Issa Rae, of course.
