Brooklyn Youth Pride Is Back For A Second Year Of Fun

An airbrush artist, carnival games, a 360 photo booth, a craft table, and of course, free food!

Calling all LGBTQIA+ teens and allies of Brooklyn: Brooklyn Youth Pride was such a hit last year that it’s back back back again!

Brooklyn Pride is hosting its 2nd Annual Youth Pride for LGBTQIA+ youth and allies ages 13-20. This event is made exclusively for queer and trans youth. Youth Pride will be held on June 17, 2023 from 12-5pm at 4th Street (next to JJ Byrne Playground) between 4th and 5th Avenue.

DJ Trini will be keeping you moving all day long with all of your favorite tracks. The festival will include entertainment like an airbrush artist, carnival games, a 360 photo booth, a craft table, and of course, free food!

Make sure to stick around for the LGBTQIA+ youth performances —  singers and dancers from all over will be showcasing their talents, and you might find your new favorite artist.

Show off your own artistic talents and bring a pair of old sneakers to decorate with your best Pride ideas that are focused on our 2023 Theme “TOGETHER WE WILL.” Together we will build a stronger community and make sure no one is left behind.

Brooklyn Youth Pride is a safe space where everyone can be themselves, and LGBTQIA+ youth and allies to let loose and have a good time. Come on down to meet other LGBTQIA+ people and allies and learn more about our diverse and thriving community.

Queer and trans youth often face discrimination and isolation, and coming together as a community can provide a sense of belonging, support, and empowerment. When you see yourself reflected in others, it can help you feel less alone and more confident in your identities. Additionally, coming together as a community can help you and your peers learn about your rights and how to advocate for yourselves.

Grab your friends and get ready because this year’s Youth Pride is about to be fire! Make sure to RSVP here.
