All Of The Pride Parades & Festivals Happening In NY & NJ

Happy Pride!

New York and New Jersey aren’t so different, you know. We both love pizza, bagels, and most importantly, PRIDE! With a whole month of Pride, there are so many celebrations to attend. To make it a little easier, we’ve rounded up all of the must-see Pride events happening across New York and New Jersey.

Queens Pride – Sunday, June 4th, 12-6pm

Once again, the New Queens Pride returns to bring you everything you are searching for. The New Queens Pride Parade and Multicultural Festival is the second oldest and second largest pride parade in New York City. The parade will feature floats and marchers from every corner of Queens and beyond. The Multicultural Festival is known for its worldwide selection of incredible food and vendors. And on the mainstage, you’ll see jaw-dropping entertainment from solo and group acts that will be signing, vogueing, dancing, and more!

Jersey Pride – Sunday, June 4th, 12-7pm

Jersey Pride, located in Asbury Park, is an all-day Pride bash by the beach that you don’t want to miss. Every year, this event draws an estimated 20,000 attendants. The parade features floats, decorated vehicles, marching bands, and enthusiastic marchers cheered on by spectators that line the parade route. Then, national headliners and local artists share the rally stage for a six-hour outdoor concert. Don’t forget to visit the sea of vendors featuring an outdoor display of the Names Project’s AIDS Memorial Quilt, rides in the Family Zone, and an array of eating options at the food court.

Hudson Valley Pride Coalition March & Festival – Sunday, June 4, 12pm

It’s time to celebrate Pride in New Paltz. March steps off at noon at New Paltz Middle School. Grand Marshal: Epiphany Get Paid! Festival takes place from 12:30pm until 5:00pm in Hasbrouck Park, New Paltz. RSVP to march and join the coalition or and/or volunteer.

Westchester Pride – Sunday, June 4, 12pm

Celebrate Pride in Westchester County! Organized by The LOFT: LGBTQ+ Community Center. MC: Sutton Lee Seymour, NYC’s live singing “sasshole” and comedy queen. Special guest performer: Robin Fierce. Vogue discussion with Benny Ninja. Musical performances by MISHTI with Alex Nolan and Allison Miller, as well as I.Den.t.T. And don’t miss the afterparty from 6pm-8:30pm at the Sonesta Hotel in White Plains with a cash bar and light refreshments.

Brooklyn Pride – Saturday, June 10th, 11am-10pm

Brooklyn Pride is a non-stop party from morning to night. During the day, attend the Brooklyn Pride Festival and Mainstage with hundreds of vendors and an entertainment stage at 4th Street displaying local, national, and international talent. Then, stick around for NYC’s ONLY Twilight Pride Parade featuring queer and ally floats and marchers from around the world.

Central New York Pride Festival & Parade – Saturday, June 10th, 11am-5pm

Line up along Solar Street and West Kirkpatrick Street to watch the parade and cheer on our LGBTQIA2S+ communities and allies. The parade departs from Solar Street near Destiny USA at 11am and proceeds 0.7 miles to the festival grounds at the Inner Harbor, where there will be many vendors, sponsors, food trucks, and an amazing lineup of talent on the CNY Pride Main Stage!

Montclair Pride – Saturday, June 10th, 12-6pm

Thousands of LGBTQIA+ folks and allies from New Jersey and beyond come together for Montclair’s yearly Pride celebration. The festival is packed with vendors, and the main stage has some of the best local and national talent, featuring singers, dancers, drag performers, and more!

Poughkeepsie Pride Parade & Festival – Saturday, June 10th, 12pm

Organized by Dutchess County Pride Center, the Poughkeepsie Pride Parade and Festival is coming your way today! Parade lineup at Market and Main Street at 11am, and the parade kicks off at noon. Marchers will head down Main Street toward the family-friendly festival in Waryas Park, where they’ll have over 50 vendors and lots of yummy food!

Yonkers Pride – Saturday, June 10th, 2pm-8pm

The City of Yonkers Mayor’s LGBTQ Advisory Board, Yonkers Pride Planning Board Board, and the Yonkers Downtown Business Improvement District are pleased to invite you to the 6th Annual LGBTQ+ Pride Celebration! The Yonkers Pride Festival is an outdoor event showcasing celebrity entertainment, food, merchandise, activities, and numerous community organizations and will be held RAIN or SHINE. Don’t miss it! Long Island Pride – Sunday, June 11th, 12pm-5pm

The 2023 Long Island Pride celebration will be returning home to Huntington Village! Join thousands at the annual parade, concert, and festival celebrating, dancing, eating and drinking. Ross Mathews will serve as Grand Marshal. Long Island Pride is produced by the LGBT Network, a nonprofit organization that is a home and voice for LGBT people, their families, and support systems in Long Island and Queens.

Rhinebeck Hook First Annual Pride – Sunday, June 11th, 2pm-5pm

Enjoy a free, intergenerational event in celebration of LGBTQIA+ communities and their allies in the Hudson Valley! Food, resources, trans closet, clothing swap, games, crafts, music, and dancing! Please come inside the Episcopal Church of the Messiah at 2pm for a nonsectarian gathering of community in celebration and affirmation to kick off the event!

North Jersey Pride – Sunday, June 11, 12-6pm

North Jersey Pride, located in Maplewood, NJ, is a massive family-friendly Pride event that has something for everyone. You’ll find a fabulous live stage showcasing incredible national and local talent all day, 100+ merchant vendors, and a fab food court. Plus, there’s a huge Rainbow Kids Zone with inflatables, games, and a live interaction kids’ stage!

Warwick Pride – Sunday, June 11th, 11am-4:30pm

Come to the Warwick NY Pride Celebration, Community = Love! The party starts at the WVCC with a free brunch, art, music, henna, support tables, fun, and community. The parade, led by Funkrust Brass Band, steps off from WVCC at 1.30pm to Main Street and arrives at Stanley Deming Park for The Pride Show from 2.30pm–4.30pm, hosted by drag darling, Ms. Eve Starr and a sparkling lineup of performers. The event is family-friendly and all are welcome.

Rockland Pride – Sunday, June 11, 11am-5pm

Downtown Nyack will be full of Pride for this free, family-friendly event featuring music of David Budway and special guest performers, local drag artists, the Crowning of Mx. Rockland County Pride 2023, outdoor dining, shopping, and vendors! Free children’s activities include a bounce house, face painting, and an arts and crafts tent. It’s fun for the whole family.

NYC Pride – Sunday, June 25, 12pm

NYC Pride sponsors events throughout the month, but the big event is the world-renowned NYC Pride March. Billy Porter, Yasmin Benoit, AC Dumlao, Hope Giselle and Randolfe “Randy” Wicker will head this year’s celebration, with Angelica Ross returning for a third year as co-host and featured performer of the broadcast special on ABC-7. Floats and marchers will be on the streets of Manhattan well into the night – don’t miss it!

Harlem Pride – Saturday, June 24, 12-6pm

Harlem Pride will have have two entertainment stages, our Main Stage Show, where we bring you the best talent New York City and the world has to offer, and our DJ Stage, where you can enjoy dance music throughout the day. You never know who’ll show up to grace the stage! There are also activities such as face painting and Drag Queen Story Hour for the children. The Harlem Pride Celebration Day is an event the whole family will enjoy.

Lez Volley – Saturday, August 12th, 10am-late

Looking for something that specifically celebrates sports and WLW? Then you can’t miss the annual LezVolley volleyball tournament in Cherry Grove, Fire Island. Every year, the LezVolley event attracts thousands of people coming to watch the games and enjoy a beach day filled with entertainment. The tournament gathers teams from all over New York, Long Island, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, and welcomes players from any age and skill level. Watch some hot girl-on-girl volleyball action, and make sure to stick around to mingle at the after-party.

Jersey City Pride – Saturday, August 26th 1-9pm

Just because June is over doesn’t mean the Pride events have to end! Jersey City Pride happens in August of every year to keep the Pride celebration alive. The LGBTQ+ Jersey City Pride Festival is held at the Grove Street Plaza and extends onto Newark St between Grove St. and Jersey Ave. The street is lined with tents leading up to the main stage where the entertainment never stops.
