Aja is the principal owner of Jove Baian Enterprise, LLC, a marketing consulting firm. Through Jove Baian she manages, coordinates, and arranges the marketing, branding and networking for such artists as singer Pamela Xing and DJs Bklyn Storm and Mark James. She is also the producer of Cirrah Fridays, a fun filled nightlife event for Women of Color with the mantra “You be YOU!” Aja sharpened her
promotional skills through community service commitments to NYCHA Coney Island Houses Tenant Association, being an awarded member of Girl Scouts of America and as Executive Council Member and Director of Evangelism at Safe Haven UCC.
