The two had been together for over four years.

Chrishell Stause has revealed that she and G Flip have officially separated.

The former Selling Sunset star broke the news to fans via Instagram on Monday, sharing that the two have “agreed to treat this public separation with love and respect for each other.”

“That’s not hard for me because I am in love with this person,” she continued. “I don’t have all the information or the reasons and I’m sure, just like always, with time, you get the lessons you’re meant to get. And I know that will happen, and I’m gonna heal, and everything’s going to be fine. I’m definitely never doing this again.”

Stause and G Flip went public with their relationship in 2022, not long after Stause was cast as the love interest in the music video for G Flip’s “Get Me Outta Here.” They went on to get married in 2023, with the singer releasing a tribute song to their wife the same year, “Be Your Man.”

Over the course of the emotional Instagram video, Stause appeared to choke back tears as she admitted she feels “like a little bit of a failure.”

“It’s hard. It’s painful. I’m a lover girl. I swing big. I miss,” she said. “Or maybe you don’t miss; maybe these are the lives and seasons you’re meant to have with people and I had an amazing over four years with G. So maybe that’s not a miss, you know? Maybe it’s just coming to terms with it being a different ending than you had imagined.”

Last year, Stause told Us Weekly that she and G Flip were trying to start a family. They’ve been spotted out and about together throughout 2026, and shared an Instagram video getting ready for date night earlier this month.

“I will always love G and I don’t ever really see that changing. And this sucks,” Stause told fans in her breakup announcement. “But everyone deserves to be happy and I wish that for both of us.”

G Flip does not appear to have publicly commented on the separation yet.
