We are pleased to present Chef Claude Godard, who will do two demonstrations and showcase his recipes using CRISTEL Castline Tech items. Godard has worked with some of Paris’ most renowned chefs, including Alain Dutournier and Jean-Pierre Vigato. Claude is also the chef and owner of the Madison Bistro in New York.
