Nude Yoga Flow for Erotic Embodiment

This immersive experience combines meditation, mantras, play, self touch, synchronized breath + movement techniques. You’ll learn to reduce stress, relax deeply, + listen to the intuition of your body, while increasing vitality, strength, + stamina!

This is the yoga of embodied awareness.

Nakedness is a mental, spiritual, emotional journey of high vibrations. Nakedness isn’t the act of being nude but of letting go and being free. I gear our nude yoga class to fit bodies of all shapes + sizes regardless of sexuality, gender identity, age, or ability level.

Any level of nudity is welcomed, whether topless, fully nude, or clothed.

This is a safe space to express yourself + experience freedom in whatever way you’re comfortable.

This is for you if

– You want peer support in uprooting shame + cultivating love for your unique body

– You want to connect to yourself + others in the joy of self expression

– You want to experience curiosity, intimacy, + play in your interior landscape

– You want a brave space held for you to ‘do the work’ in community

– You desire a harmonious, authentic relationship with pleasure + your body

– You want to show up + be affirmed in your worthiness

This is not for you if

– You are not ready to share in a mutually vulnerable experience

– You aren’t honest about or able to honor your physical limitations

– You can’t respect others or commit to our Community Agreements

– You want to objectify + sexualize the bodies of others without consent

– You want to pass judgements, belittle, or compare yourself to others

– You are under 18 years of age

Schedule of Events: 10AM – 6PM

• 10-10:30am Circle + Group Meditation
• 10:30-12 Yoga Flow
• 12-2 Fruit + Snack Share
• 2-4 Dance or Music circle
• 4-5 Swim + Hangout
• 5-6pm Group Shoot*

*Anyone who does not want to participate in this creative ritual to close the day will be invited to leave at this time. Only 3 approved queer, trans, +/ femme artists will be permitted to bring cameras. Any persons with cameras who did not check with me first will be escorted out.

• plenty of water + fruit or snacks to share
• a journal + something to write with
• towel + yoga mat
• sunscreen
• muscial instruments +/ or dance toys
