USWNT Celebrates With Ticker Tape Parade In NYC

After absolutely dominating at the Women’s World Cup in France, The U.S. Women’s National Team is back in the United States today, enjoying a hero’s welcome in the form of a ticker tape parade through Manhattan. The parade today brought out thousands of cheering fans eager to welcome back the team and celebrate another World Cup Victory. Fans and players alike also used the opportunity to continue their call for equal pay for women players, with some along the route chanting “equal pay” during the parade.
