Game On! Chappell Roan Set To Debut As Fortnite Festival Headliner
Chappell will headline Fortnite Festival Season 13 with new skins, Jam Tracks, and an in-game stage inspired by her performances.
Chappell Roan has been officially announced as the headliner for Fortnite Festival Season 13, continuing the game’s expansion into pop music collaborations and live in-game events.
After weeks of leaks and speculation, Epic Games confirmed that Roan will arrive in Fortnite on Thursday, February 5, alongside a major seasonal update. As the Festival Icon for Season 13, Roan will receive multiple character skins, music tracks, emotes, and themed cosmetic items inspired by her performances and style.
Roan’s appearance in Fortnite follows her previously expressed interest in the game. She has spoken publicly about being a Fortnite player and has asked Epic Games for her own skin in past interviews. In January of last year, Roan explained in a BBC1 Radio interview that, “If I want to have a really good night, I’ll just eat an edible and play Fortnite,” later pleading: “Please give me a skin—please.”

Two Chappell-themed bundles will be available to players. The Heartcore Music Pass includes two Pink Pony Club outfits based on Roan’s tour looks, offered in red and pink variants. The pass also unlocks Midwest Princess themed instruments such as a keytar and drum kit, as well as the Jam Track for “Pink Pony Club.” The song joins Roan’s existing Fortnite catalog, which includes “Good Luck, Babe!,” “HOT TO GO!,” and “The Giver,” all returning for Season 13.
The Roan of Arc Bundle focuses on a medieval armor skin inspired by Roan’s knight look from her 2024 VMAs performance of “Good Luck, Babe!” Additional items in the bundle include a Flaming Sword pickaxe, a reactive Pink Pony Star Back Bling, the Femininomenon emote, and a Pink Pony sidekick. Epic Games has suggested that more cosmetic items may be included as part of the bundle.

Season 13 will also bring a redesigned Fortnite Festival Main Stage. The new environment draws from Roan’s Visions of Damsels & Other Dangerous Things aesthetic, incorporating castle imagery and dramatic lighting to match the season’s medieval and theatrical themes.
Fortnite Festival has previously featured artists such as Sabrina Carpenter, Bruno Mars, Gorillaz, Metallica, Billie Eilish, LISA, Doja Cat, and Snoop Dogg. Approaching its tenth year, Fortnite remains one of the most played live service games worldwide. Its ongoing partnerships with musicians and entertainers continue to shape the game’s role as a digital venue where music, performance, and gaming intersect.
