The 11th Annual Heroes & Handbags auction benefits Heroes for Children’s mission to advocate for and provide financial and social assistance to families with children (0-22 years of age) battling cancer. More than 500 guests peruse a silent auction of new, vintage and luxury handbags and accessories followed by a seated brunch and message from guest speaker Melissa Wilson. Melissa Wilson, anchor for Fox 26, has experienced firsthand the challenges of battling a childhood cancer diagnosis with her son Caleb, who recently completed his last round of chemotherapy after battling cancer for three years.
