GO Magazine READERS’ CHOICE NIGHTLIFE AWARDS @ TOUCH

We love our readers, and to take this chance to say thank you, we are inviting you to join us at Touch on November 17 to celebrate the winners of your Nightlife Awards, on us!  RSVP for free admission by emailing rsvpnightlifeawards@gomag.com. Look for great drink specials and mixes by the fabulous DJ Stacy. Every month we pick the nightlife events that we are the most excited about, but this time we’ve left it up to you. We asked you to choose your favorite venues, bartenders, go-go girls and chill-spots, to name just a few of the categories. Now the results are in and all the bar owners, staff and promoters will be in attendance to find out if they won. Dance all over this multi-level club with the nominees for throwing your favorite parties. SPECIAL GUEST lesbian comedian extraordinaire Suzanne Westenhoefer will host. Remember to RSVP and we’ll see you on the 17th!

STILLETO @ ULTRA

Stiletto enjoyed a long summer at the Garden of Ono and consistently provided an upscale atmosphere for chic lesbians to party in. Now the summer is over and chilly temperatures are setting in. The garden cooled down, but the party will continue to heat up every Sunday at Ultra, a hip new indoor spot. Ultra offers a stunning environment complete with customized scent and snow machines! Their VIP area spreads across several lounges, including a virtual tree house. Enjoy a good tapas menu and 2-4-1 drinks from 7–9pm, while watching huge screen projections of The L Word every Sunday. Will Bette and Tina end up together forever? Will Alice ever find true love? Maybe Dana will come back from the dead for another special appearance! After you watch the ladies’ drama unfold on the big screen, create some of your own. Depend on rotating DJs, sexy bartenders and the weekly presence of your host Maggie C.

SNAPSHOT @ THE DELANCEY

Snapshot, the weekly Tuesday night destination, is moving to a great new location: The Delancey. The grand opening at the new spot is on Nov 18 and the party will be packed with regulars and a new Lower East Side crew. The Delancey has a year-round heated roof deck, a cozy fireplace and a VIP lounge, plus a stage where Snapshot will host queer performances. It also has friendly bartenders, drink specials and of course the great Snapshot DJs that you partied with in the old digs. The ladies hosting this party will do anything to get your attention: There’s been cupcakes, free drinks, funky costumes, and more. Come show these hard working ladies some love!

SHESCAPE’S THANKSGIVING EVE PARTY@ THE MARITIME

The Maritime Hotel hosts the famous Shescape Thanksgiving Eve party on Nov 26. Remember what you have to be thankful for: You have a city full of lovely ladies, a great magazine to guide you (ahem), and a willingness to have fun. Pretty much everything you need! DJ Francesca Magliano will pack the dancefloor with lots of grooving girls, while go-gos keep the vibe sexy. Dancing and roaming through the charming corridors of the Maritime’s Cabanas, you will burn enough calories so that you don’t feel a pang of guilt at the feast tomorrow. The Maritime has private garden decks, a side stage, a main dance floor and little nooks and crannies—perfect for surreptitious hook-ups! There will also be an opportunity to enter the sweepstakes to win a cruise for two with Olivia Travel, the fabulous lesbian cruise company that always provides a great opportunity for couples and singles to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable gay-cation.

DANIELLE Presents @ SOHO LOFT and STONEWALL

One of our favorite nightlife promoters, Danielle Stanziale, is at it again! Launching two new parties: A monthly, the Soho Loft Party on Nov 14 and a weekly, every Thursday at The Stonewall Inn. Both of her parties feature great DJs including DJ Stacy and cater to Danielle’s posh clientele. If you’re looking to meet great gals in an intimate environment, the loft party is the perfect location. The Stonewall party, on the other hand, focuses on the debauched theme: Anything Goes. This won’t be a party for wallflowers; we’re talking jello shots, whipped cream and a wet t-shirt competition. If that doesn’t bring out the raging party animal inside you, nothing will.
