SAPPHIC VOLLEY WOO Fast rallies and higher-level play. This SPYKES Advanced Session is designed for players who are already comfortable with rotations, court positioning, and core volleyball skills, and want a more competitive run with experienced players. This session will focus on lots of touches. Expect full volleyball play including hitting, blocking, defensive coverage, and competitive rallies!
