NEW YORK — Two men have pleaded guilty to robbery as a hate crime in the brutal anti-gay beating of a Queens man last year.

Daniel Rodriguez, 21, and Daniel Aleman, 27, confessed to yelling anti-gay slurs at Jack Price before assaulting him after Price left a deli near his home in Oct. 2009.

According to the Associated Press, Price suffered a fractured jaw and ribs, a lacerated spleen and two collapsed lungs, and as a result spent three weeks in the hospital.
