The 3 Most Iconic Sapphic Moments From The Las Culturistas Culture Awards
This is real culture.

The 2026 Las Culturistas Culture Awards just dropped a slew of new iconic moments, with sapphics at the center of some of our faves.
The fifth annual tongue-in-cheek award show is, of course, born from Bowen Yang and Matt Rogers’ podcast of the same name. The categories are often ridiculous, the nominees only occasionally logical, and the whole thing is clearly about having a good time.
With Yang and Rogers at the helm, the ceremony always embraces queer culture, whether in the form of honor LGBTQ+ icons and stories or just paying tribute to things LGBTQ+ people love, like Lisa Kudrow, Love Island, and Shrek.
But some of our favorite moments of the night were the ones with sapphic overtones.

Stalter’s transition to pop star is still in its early days, but the bit(?) is already just top notch. The Hacks star showcased her new musical aspirations with a performance of her single “Prettiest Girl in America” on the awards show, culminating in a sequence where she punches and kicks her dancers before getting dragged off the stage by Yang and Rogers.
“You’re under arrest for being too pretty,” they declare.
2. Hannah Einbinder’s Win For Bisexuality

Fellow Hacks star Hannah Einbinder took home The All Good Either Way For Bisexuality in Media Award, but the real shining moment was her hilarious speech.
“Billie Holiday. Virginia Woolf. Anna Paquin. Halsey,” she began. “These are all women I have had sex with.” After a pause for raucous laughter, she continued, “But seriously, I had sex with them. You know, I used to think being bisexual was what happened to you when, in a past life, you ignore a witch disguised as a hooded beggar who then curses you. But in my years as a card-carrying bisexual, I have come to accept that the old adage is true: ‘I’m beautiful in my way ‘cause God makes no mistakes. I’m on the right track baby, I was born this way.’”
3. “All the Things She Said” Featuring The Hunting Wives

Russian faux lesbian pop duo t.A.T.u.’s “All the Things She Said” has been making a comeback thanks to its recent appearance in Heated Rivalry. The fact that such an iconic (albeit controversial) sapphic song has been repurposed for a gay male romance hasn’t necessarily sat too well with everyone, but Yang and Rogers’ rendition of it during the awards show featured a guest appearance by The Hunting Wives stars Malin Ackerman and Brittany Snow, putting this t.A.T.u. classic right back where it belongs—in the hands of fictional lesbians.
