Calling all masc lesbians- this is your time to shine.
Singer, songwriter, and famed member of boygenius Lucy Dacus has put out a casting call for her upcoming music video…with an important stipulation.
In a video posted to her TikTok earlier this week, Lucy shared a handwritten note calling for auditions: Hot Mascs Need Apply.
“Attention,” the note read. “I am seeking some people to be in the music video for [Best Guess]. If you are smooth or suave or can pretend to be. Maybe you’re a hot masc. Maybe you are simply willing and able and not afraid to be on camera.”
The note went on to ask applicants to make a video of themselves “looking cool” with her song “Best Guess” playing in the background.
“[H]elp me out,” Lucy wrote in the caption. “[P]lease send to the hot mascs in your life.”
The internet did not disappoint. Over 3,000 TikTok videos have been made in the past two days, and let’s just say, we watched them all and loved every second.
