Let’s GO! An Outfit Tour Of MISSTER Wednesday At The Woods 

Last Wednesday night at The Woods was a frenzy of style and fashionable chaos. Picture it:  “Peggy” by Ceechynaa is coursing through your veins, friends and lovers are enveloped by the pulsating lights of the disco ball, belly button piercings fill the Y2K-sized hole in your heart, and everyone is serving face, fits, bits, and … let’s just go with glitz. Here’s a tour of MISSTER’s best dressed last Wednesday night.

Bianca, 27

Bianca came fitted in a striking hot pink top with frill details and a dark wash denim jacket. Pairing a dark wash jean with an eccentric top, her denim on denim look absolutely ate. This look officially quenches our thirst and appetite for casual chic’s resurrection.

Abby, 28

We spotted Abby in a fitted and cropped black long-sleeve paired with green trousers. She added a black layer underneath her green pants to give some extra detail and match her top. To accessorize, she added a cross-body fanny pack, silver hoops, and a silver belly ring.

Sade, 24

Sade wore a cropped black graphic tee and black jeans and added a silver necklace to accessorize. Sade is loving the resurgence of alt fashion right now. Goth and clowncore looks are particularly fun and interesting to them!

Morgan, 27

Morgan came dressed in a swirly cropped long-sleeve with brown, black, and white accents complementing each other. In a tasteful choice, they picked purple pants with a black buckle belt and completed the look with a pair of silver hoops.

Effy, 23

Effy wore a pleated grey skirt and a white tank with a bedazzled heart detail. A tribute to her matching heart necklace is non-negotiable, as it is the perfect pairing between an accessory and a top. Effy also had a pair of teeny round glasses on which seems to be a fan-favorite accessory right now.

Julia, 23

Julia came fitted in unexpected pieces that came together perfectly. On top, she wore a light beige v-cut blouse under a draped black and grey striped button-down shirt. On the bottom, she chose baggy, wide-legged white capris. To polish the look, she added a black scarf, a silver necklace, and silver earrings. In this unique look, she put pieces with different textures, cuts, and lengths together, and it dimensionally cleared. 

Alyssa, 24

Alyssa was caught stunning and shining in a silky and floral orange maxi dress. To complete her look, she went for hoops, silver necklaces, and a brown handbag. Something she loves in fashion trends right now is the use of boning and corsetry in unexpected places like Doechii’s iconic look at the Grammys.

Thalia, 21

Thalia came dressed in a black zip-up, light brown khakis, a black buckle belt, and the showstopper of the outfit, a green and pink knitted scarf that her friend Abby made! Thalia loves wearing hand-knitted and crocheted clothing—the more creative the better.

Maggie, 28

Maggie was seen in a red halter tank with a cutout on the side paired with black and white track pants. Their accessories were sinfully tasteful, featuring red tinted sunglasses to match the top and a layered stack of necklaces. And the best accessory of all… fire tattoos. In current fashion trends, Maggie is loving “eclectic” maximalism and upcycling.

Presh, 28

Presh showed up in a distressed, white long-sleeve underneath a brown Yankees vest top. She paired the top with camouflage pants and a silver chain. Presh loves, and clearly rocks, streetwear with a blend of academia vibes. She reps NYC all day and loves intentionally distressed clothing. If it’s not Yankees fitted, she’s wearing something that tells everyone she’s from NYC because it’s a lifestyle for her. This is New York City’s official warning to look out for Presh. Wave, 21

Wave showed out in a beautifully decorated outfit. On top she wore a sheer dotted white tank top and on the bottom a pair of blue jeans. To elevate the outfit, she wore a white bow tied around her neck and another bow accent on her hip. Right now, Wave is loving the emergence of bloomers and other vintage undergarments in fashion, especially as a fan of Bridgerton. We will be taking notes from Wave on how to accessorize a classic and timeless look.

Gia, 23 

Gia came dressed in an open racer-esque top with a brown shirt underneath, and paired camouflage pants with the look. One thing Gia loves about fashion right now is a cool punk/fun haircut.

Abby, 23

Abby was seen in a black long-sleeve with a U-shaped neck, black trousers, and a studded black belt. We can all agree that black-on-black will never go out of style. To accessorize, she added a stack of silver necklaces. As for fashion trends right now, Abby is loving mullets, graphic eyeliner, and layering!

Tamara, 25

Tamara came fitted in a white button-up with a black off-the-shoulder shirt layered perfectly on top. She paired a light-wash blue jean with the outfit and sported cute red square glasses. Tamara is a huge lover of denim and layers right now. She thinks denim is timeless and that layers are crucial for the winter weather. She’s always expanding her jewelry game, so if you spot her, you can expect her to have rings on.
