Our favorite queer R&B star is bringing the sapphic sounds of her fourth studio album, Crash, on the road.
Kehlani broke the news on X earlier this week with the caption “C U SOON!” — if you’re lucky enough to snag a ticket, that is. The tour’s North American leg kicks off on September 4 in Minneapolis and concludes on November 2 in San Francisco. Throughout the tour, she’ll be zig-zagging across the U.S. and Canada, stopping in cities including Brooklyn, Boston, Seattle, Miami, Houston, and more.

Joining her on tour will be British girl group FLO, consisting of members Jorja Douglas, Stella Quaresma, and Renée Downer. The group gained popularity on social media after releasing their hit single “Cardboard Box.” This summer, they performed at Coachella and Governor’s Ball and are currently teasing their upcoming debut studio album.
Kehlani excitedly shared the news of her opener at a Crash release party last month after getting a little too tipsy.
“drunk spilling the beans but ONE OF MY OPENERS IS FLO AND I AM SO EXCITED AND WE HAD A TIMEEEEE LASTNIGHTTTTT,” she tweeted.

Atlanta Rapper Anycia, who has teamed up with big names like Latto and Flo Milli, will also be joining the tour. Her debut album Princess Pop That was released earlier this year.
In a recent interview with Gay Times, Kehlani shared her excitement about going on tour and connecting with fans.
“The entire time you’re putting out music, you’re telling your story, you’re doing interviews and telling your business, and you’re putting your life on display,” she said. “Touring is one of the only times you get to see that love you put out in the world come back to you.”
She revealed the 13-track album helped her dive into her own freedom and creativity during a more serious time in her life.
“Being able to go from surfing to making music really popped the cherry of taking life less seriously, and everybody was having a lot of fun,” said Kehlani. “I think you can hear the fun in the album.”
“I felt like I was really trapped in my own little world when I was making this album,” she continued.
Crash debuted to No. 2 on the Top R&B Albums chart, continuing Kehlani’s streak of each album premiering within the Top 3 on the chart. The album also debuted at No. 9 on Top Hip-Hop/R&B Albums, No. 11 on Top Album Sales and No. 25 on the Billboard 200, according to Rated R&B.
