5 Lesbian Things To Do In New York City This Weekend

Acro, Cubbyhole holiday party, arts and crafts.

Happy Friday, please enjoy these lesbian events in New York City this weekend!

Saturday

Queer and Trans Acro Vol. XVI at 38 W 42nd St. at 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. — A safe place to learn the beautiful and challenging art of acro with fellow queers. Beginners welcome.

Sunday

Fourth Annual Queer Arts & Crafts Fair at Nowhere Bar (322 E 14th St.) at 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. — Dozens of artists will be in the building hawking their products, from clothes to housewares to art. Happy hour all day.

“The L Word” Weekly Watch Party by The Bush Films at The Well (272 Meserole St.) at 7:30 p.m. — 500 queers came out to watch the premiere of “The L Word: Generation Q” last Sunday (including GO!) and we, for one, can’t wait for episode two.

Monday

Jingle and Mingle Cubby Holiday Party at Cubbyhole (281 W 12th St.) at 7 p.m. — Not technically on the weekend, but how could we leave out Cubbyhole’s annual holiday party? Eat, drink, and be merry.

All Weekend

Tier5’s “The Christmas Carol: A Queer Fantasia” at Access Theater (380 Broadway Fl 4) at 8 p.m. — This queer holiday show is a new, very gay take on Charles Dickens’ Christmas classic “Christmas Carol.” Running all weekend, with showtimes until December 22.
