Ascension 2020 at Meta Den (1335 Gates Ave.) at 3 p.m. — A QTPOC day party on New Year’s Eve, for those who don’t want to wait until midnight to start turning up. A blend of “ritual, fashion, and turn-up” will be available, including tarot readings, flowers, and a community ceremony. Tickets $10+.

Babetown NYE PJ Party at Babetown (449 Troutman St.) — Live in Brooklyn and don’t wanna get out of your pajamas to ring in the new year? Babetown, a pop-up supper club for queer women/trans and non-binary people, is hosting an intimate pajama party in Bushwick for New Year’s. $35 tickets include a full meal and all-you-can-drink wine and beer.

Cubbyhole Bar’s New Year’s Eve Celebration at Cubbyhole (281 W 12th St.) at 4 p.m. — If you want a low-cost NYE in the city (wow, those exist?!), Cubbyhole is hosting a party with no cover, plus a free champagne toast, PLUS free noisemakers and hats and things. Starts in the afternoon and goes until 4 a.m.

Ginger’s 20th Annual New Years Eve Bash at Ginger’s Bar (363 5th Ave) at 8 p.m. — Celebrate the new year with “beers, babes, and music” at this neighborhood lezzie bar in Brooklyn. Champagne toast included. No cover.

Glam Ball – New Year’s Revolution 2020 at Henrietta Hudson (438 Hudson St.) at 8 p.m. — Henrietta Hudson’s New Year’s Eve party will have “delicious nibbly things” and of course, champagne and glitter. VIP tickets are $60, regular tix are $20.

Hot Rabbit Presents: Resolutions LGBTQ New Year’s Eve Party at Bowery Ballroom (6 Delancey St.) at 10 p.m. — This event features a complimentary champagne toast, vogue-go magic, performances, and more. Tickets range from $20 to $40, depending on when you buy.

Kiss Me Tomorrow at Mood Ring (1260 Myrtle Ave.) at 9 p.m. — A cute NYE dance party at this gay astrology themed bar, featuring a special Capricorn season cocktail in addition to a complementary champagne toast. Tickets $30.

The McKittrick World’s Fair at The McKittrick Hotel (530 W 27th St) at 10:15pm — If you want an over-the-top impressive event, check out this dance party at the famous McKittrick hotel. Dress “to the nines” and enjoy an all-night open bar; the space will feature live performances, scenic installations, costumes, and more. Tickets are $225, which includes the open bar.

New Year’s at the Top of the Tower at Ophelia Lounge (3 Mitchel Place) at 9 p.m. — Celebrate the new year on the 26th floor of the Art Deco Beekman tower, where a Snow Globe in the Sky installation is currently installed. This is a formal attire event with a four-hour premium open bar; tickets are $99 and up.

New Years Eve Hookah Party at The Spot Hookah Lounge (42-21 Broadway) at 10 p.m. — Queens! The Spot and Crazymariacherrylips are hosting a NYE party with drink, food, and hookah specials all night long. Tickets are $10.

Queeraoke at Metropolitan Bar (559 Lorimer Street) at 10 p.m. — A weekly karaoke night at a friendly gay bar in Brooklyn. Free.

Secret Speakeasy New Year’s Eve at Sugar East (1125 1st Ave.) at 9 p.m. — This Prohibition-themed NYE event features a four-hour premium open bar and live band. Tickets start at $99.

LoverGirlNYC and NYDreamGyrl Present 2020 New Years’ Eve After Party: Silver & Gold Event at Taj II Lounge (48 W 21st St.) at 2:30 a.m. — Is the bar closing but you’re not done partying? Head to Taj II to keep the NYE party going until the sun comes up. Tickets $25.

The Best Party To Ring In 2020 at Stonewall Inn (53 Christopher St.) at 9 p.m. — Celebrate the turn of the decade at Stonewall as a last ode to WorldPride! The party is set to go all night long, and there will be guest DJs. $10 cover.

Femmepremacy And Set It Off Present 20/20 at Basquiat’s Bottle (1198 Fulton St., Brooklyn) at 10 p.m. — 2019 was becoming a blur. Femmepremacy took a little break, but it has finally returned with 20/20 VISION & for an eye-opening, booty poppin’, manifesting party. Tickets start at $5.
