Demi Lovato Says She Just Wants To ‘Make Out’ With Rihanna

March 6, 2020

Your move, Rihanna!

Bisexual icon Demi Lovato says she wants to “make out” with Rihanna — and honestly, who doesn’t?

Lovato confessed to her love for Rihanna during an appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.” In a previous interview on the show, Lovato had admitted that Rihanna is her top celebrity crush by a long shot. On Thursday, DeGeneres asked whether Rihanna followed up with Lovato after her confession. “I assume she’s called you,” DeGeneres said, but Lovato replied that she has not.

“Look, I just wanna make out, okay?” she said to the camera. “I mean, we could do a song together too. Maybe we make out in the video. I don’t know.”

“Now she will call you,” DeGeneres laughed.

On a more serious note, Lovato also said that she’s enjoying the single life for now. “I was on dating apps for a while but as I’ve spent some time with myself over the past couple of months, I realized that, like, I am the type of person that will find any way to regulate when I’m sad or lonely or whatever,” she explained. “I have to, like, fight those battles on my own and I can’t let somebody come in and fix those issues for me. So, right now I’m single and spending my Saturday nights by myself. Laughing. Taking baths.”

In honor of her new focus on self-love, Lovato even got a new tattoo: the words “ME” inside her finger.

The singer has previously said that she could see herself ending up with a man or a woman, or nobody at all. Either way, she told Zane Lowe in January that she would like to start a family at some point: “I want to start a family. That would be dope. I don’t even know if I see it with a man or a woman. I just know that, at some point, I would love to do that this decade.”
