The Dinah 2025: What’s New And What’s Coming

The world’s largest and longest-running party for queer women, nonbinary folks, and allies, is back from September 24 to 29! It’s about to get even hotter in Palm Springs, with a stacked lineup consisting of live concerts, comedy shows, activism, and legendary pool parties.

The Dinah is known for its wide range of talented performers, thanks to the founder and producer, Mariah Hanson, who is a master at spotting up-and-coming talent. Last year, the 2024 headliners were Lauren Jauregui, Iniko, King Mala, Lauren Sanderson, Sherrelle Holmes, Whitney Peyton, Lucy and La Mer, and Chloe Star. Over the years, past Dinah performers include Doechii, Bebe Rexha, Salt-N-Pepa, Lizzo, Natasha Bedingfield, Lady Gaga, Meghan Trainor, Iggy Azalea, Chaka Khan, and Tegan and Sara.

After an extraordinary 34 years, Hanson announced this year’s Dinah will be her final production, and she’s going out with a splash! Expect some very special guests and incredible performances. 

“My final Dinah is deeply personal—a celebration of love, legacy, and the unforgettable moments we’ve created together over the years,” Hanson tells GO. “My staff and I poured our hearts into building something that mattered, and we hope our customers will feel that love and carry it with them, too. While this chapter is closing for me, we’re in conversation with potential buyers, and we’re hopeful the torch will be passed to the right hands—ones that will honor The Dinah’s spirit and legacy, and carry it forward with the same passion and purpose.”

The Dinah’s first night, Wednesday, September 24, kicks off with a free opening party. From 8 pm to 2 am, Chill Bar Nightclub will officially start “Dinah Time,” which is definitely a time we want to be on! Event tickets are to be picked up on site, and will be available until 11 pm. 

The official opening party will take place at Reforma Nightclub on September 25 from 9 pm to 2 am. Get ready to party it up with a thousand other early-bid Dinah goers, where the nation’s hottest DJs will be playing the best in EDM, hip-hop, and pop music. 

Dive into the first pool party on September 26 from 1 pm to 6 pm, when The Riviera will be transformed into a Dinah oasis. Presented by GO Magazine, The G Spot Pool Party will be the place to meet new friends, feel out The Dinah vibes, and visit the GO Magazine booth! Get wet poolside with thousands of Dinah-goers while splashing to some more iconic Dinah DJs. There will be live music you don’t want to miss, including a special performance by one of Dinah’s emerging artist winners.

8 pm to 2 am will be the signature Black and White Ball. Get dressed in your best black and white outfit with celebrities who will bring the wow factor to The Dinah’s iconic red carpet. There will be an outside patio, go-go dancers, and a stacked lineup on the main stage. 

Saturday, September 27, will be the signature L Word Pool Party. From 10 am to 5 pm, the main pool will be packed. It will also be the same day as a Dinah favorite event, Dinah Dodgeball. Get ready for a serious game of dodgeball on the side lawns, where Mikey Koffman from The Real L Word referees, and some Dinah cheerleaders will be rooting from the side. Keep your eyes peeled for some incredibly special guests—Kate Moennig and Leisha Hailey! These two L Word stars are returning to ring in Hanson’s final Dinah, and will sign exclusive copies of their new book, So Gay For You. 

Later that evening, from 8 pm to 2 am, get dressed in your Hollywood best for the most glamorous event, The Hollywood Party. With incredible performances and celebrity appearances on the red carpet (including Kate and Leisha), this surely will be a night to remember! 

The last and final day of The Dinah will be a Sunday Funday. The last iconic pool party of the weekend will take place from 11 am to 5 pm. Party poolside with new and old friends and dance to a live performance by one of The Dinah’s emerging artists. The official closing party will be from 9 pm to 2 am, where you can party hard with all your new Dinah friends until Dinah 2026!

The Dinah Host Hotel Rooms are currently on sale, with prices starting at $282. All hotel packages include a two-night stay at The Riviera Resort. All hotel suites except the Yucca suite and Premium suite come with premium passes included in the price. Premium passes get first dibs on purchasing a cabana/day bed.
