Wanda Sykes. Releasing her new Epix comedy special right before the election was the kind of relief we needed, and the jokes we had to replay for ourselves to keep sane once it was over. “What Happened…Ms. Sykes?” was political and personal, and the out comic had no qualms about sharing how she felt about Donald Trump winning when she took the stage at a post-election fundraiser in Boston. She received some boos but, in true Wanda Sykes fashion, that only fueled her, and will certainly continue to in the next four years.
