Gabby Windey has weathered her share of televised adventures, but her newest role will take her into uncharted waters. The former Bachelorette co-star has been named host of Love Overboard, a reality dating series created by Call Her Daddy’s Alex Cooper and set to premiere on Hulu and Disney+ in 2026.

A group of singles will board a luxury yacht, all with the hope of finding love on the open seas. Of course, the journey will not be as relaxed as sipping champagne on the deck. The show’s official synopsis teases that “gaining access to the yacht’s extravagant amenities won’t be so simple” and promises shifting alliances, broken hearts, and one couple ultimately “reigning supreme.”

Windey is ready to steer the ship. “We’re setting sail with Hulu’s newest reality show,” she says in a teaser clip filmed from the deck. “And I’m your host! Let’s make some waves.”

If anyone understands the chaos and charm of televised matchmaking, it is Windey. She first appeared on season 26 of The Bachelor before co-leading season 19 of The Bachelorette. While she did not end up with her final rose pick, her candor and humor won over viewers. She went on to place second on Dancing with the Stars, claim victory on season three of The Traitors, and launch her own podcast, Long Winded with Gabby Windey.

Her personal life has been just as eventful. In 2023, Windey came out on The View and introduced her now-wife, comedian and writer Robby Hoffman, known for her stand-up sets and appearances in Hacks. The couple’s relationship has become a fan favorite in its own right, with both women often sharing glimpses of their life together on social media.

Windey’s career path has already taken her from NFL cheerleader to ICU nurse to reality TV champion. Now, she is stepping into the hosting arena with a show that seems tailor-made for her mix of warmth, quick thinking, and unshakable composure. Whether the contestants find lasting love or end up stranded, Windey will be right there on deck, guiding them through the storms and sunshine of life at sea.
