Chappell Roan will bless the Saturday Night Live stage with her musical talents for the first time this year.
The award-winning sketch show announced Wednesday its first batch of hosts and musical guests for Season 50, including Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, Stevie Nicks, and (of course) our Midwest Princess.
The “Good Luck, Babe!” singer will take the stage on November 2, along with guest host John Mulaney, so mark your calendars. Crossing our fingers we’ll get a “Subway” performance!
The new season officially kicks off September 28, when Hacks star and three-time Emmy award winner Jean Smart will host for the first time. She will be joined by musical guest Jelly Roll, whose new album Beautifully Broken drops October 11.

Nashville Comedian Nate Bargatze will be taking a break from his “Be Funny” tour to make a pit-stop on SNL on October 5. This year will be his second time hosting, following his 2023 gig. Coldplay will make their eighth musical appearance, in anticipation of their upcoming album “Moon Music.”
Our “good witch” Ariana Grande is bringing her magic to SNL on October 12, ahead of Wicked‘s theater release November 22. The singer made her first appearance on the show ten years ago as a musical guest and hosted for the first time in 2016. She’ll be joined by the iconic Fleetwood Mac star Stevie Nicks, who made her first and only SNL performance in 1983.
On October 19, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice actor Michael Keaton will host. It’s a little early for Halloween, but we’re hoping Keaton give us a Tim Burton-esque skit. He’ll be joined by “Birds of a Feather” singer Billie Eilish for her fourth stint as the show’s musical guest.
Saturday Night Live Season 50 will air at 11:30pm on NBC and Peacock and will be streaming the next day on Peacock.
