Dear GO Nation,
Well, the first 24 hours were all we assumed they would be—and then some. We’re all bracing for what’s next, yet still hopeful that edicts can be restrained, opinions revisited, and, with reflection and education, decisions reversed.
And speaking of consequential transfers of power with global impact, today, GO’s Executive Editor, the dazzling Diva of Discourse, Ms. Dayna Troisi, begins her transition to her new role as GO’s Editrix Emeritus / Senior Writer. As GO’s editorial director, Dayna’s contributions to, and impact on GO Magazine have been incalculable. During her seven year tenure at GO, Dayna has served not only as our stalwart, creative and innovative editorial leader, but as a uniquely impactful mentor to countless young contributors.

While Dayna will be further immersing herself in her already established career as esteemed college professor, she WILL remain at GO as a contributor and consultant, and we’ll remain blessed to continue to call upon her whenever possible, to contribute to our beloved pub.
As we continue our search for our next editorial director, GO’s editorial soul remains in the talented and capable hands of our amazing Managing Editor, Rebecca Williams.

We’re working our proverbial tails off to reassume our role as your ESSENTIAL cultural roadmap. And in these days of uncertainty, who better to help navigate it all than the pub that has served as your steadfast cultural GPS since 2002?
