Video Of The Day: Gisele Bündchen’s Steamy Scenes In Forgotten 2000s Movie Spark Lesbian Nostalgia

A compilation of the supermodel's finest moments has gone viral for all the obvious reasons.

The 2004 film Taxi is a cinematic disaster that somehow managed to land a 9% score on Rotten Tomatoes, which is actually impressive in its own way. It’s a film that combines chaotic car chases, painfully unfunny dialogue, and a plot so thin it might as well be the new spokesperson for Wegovy.

Starring Queen Latifah as a high-octane taxi driver and Jimmy Fallon as the world’s most annoying cop, Taxi is the kind of movie you watch when you’re questioning your life choices. It’s the kind of film where even the explosions seem tired, like they’re just blowing through the motions.

Taxi did manage to find some unexpected redemption in one department: Gisele Bündchen’s scene-stealing moments playing Vanessa, the leader of a group of female Brazilian bank robbers. A compilation of the supermodel’s finest moments has gone viral for all the obvious reasons. Who knew something redeeming would come from this dumpster fire of a movie 21 years after its release?

One lesbian commenter even shared how the film helped her live her truth. “When I was little I didn’t understand why I was so obsessed with her in this movie,” she wrote. “Turns out, [it is] because I was a lesbian.”

“All her scenes live rent-free in my head,” commented another queer user.
