Rock legend Melissa Etheridge is dating Nurse Jackie creator Linda Wallem, People magazine reported on Tuesday.
Etheridge, who split with wife Tammy Lynn Michaels last year, has been seeing Wallem for about three months. The pair attended the Emmys together last August and Wallem allegedly served as Etheridge’s “best man” at her wedding to Michaels in 2003.
A source told People that Etheridge and Wallem are in a committed relationship and happy, and that Etheridge’s contact with ex Michaels over finances and custody of the their 4-year-old twins is now “less contentious.”
