Schneider was the first to win three games in the final round, besting opponents Andrew He and Sam Buttery on Monday night.

“I guess what I didn’t realize is maybe I could become the super champion I wanted to see in the world,” says Mattea Roach, the latest Jeopardy! super-champion.

“I couldn’t be happier or more proud to spend my life with the very best person in the entire world,” Schneider wrote on Twitter.  

“Of all the Jeopardy! greats, I’ve never seen anyone that played the game with the kind of unflappable ease that Amy Schneider always seemed to have,” said Ken Jennings.

“Did they think you carried your 800K in ‘Jeopardy!’ winnings on you?”
