The Pride Cup: Women’s Flag Football

THE PRIDE CUP AN ANNUAL LGBTQ MULTI-SPORT EVENT – held during GIW in Orlando coincides with RED Shirt Pride Days at Walt Disney World Resorts, which has been going on since 1991.

Our goal is to celebrate LGBTQ+ athletes from around the world who #PlayWithPride! The donated funds will support the operations, promotions, and venues for The Pride Cup. In addition, the funds will serve as sponsorships for Out and Ally Professional, Olympic, and Collegiate athletes to participate in The Pride Cup’s Diversity in Sports Summit to be held at Walt Disney World Resorts on Thursday, June 2, 2022. As part of the KindRED Pride Foundation, The Pride Cup is a multi-sport LGBTQ+ competition held each year beginning in 2022 during the first weekend in June in Orlando. With events welcoming all levels of athletes, the spirit of the competition is “Be Kind Champion” to coincide with the RED Shirt Pride Days. The Pride Cup will also produce a Diversity in Sports Summit that will include LGBTQ+ professional, Olympic, and collegiate athletes.
