The SUNY Global Center and East Midtown Partnership have joined forces to host a Block Party in celebration of WorldPride on East 55th Street, between Lexington Avenue and Park Avenue.

New Yorkers, students and visitors are encouraged to swing by between noon and 4:00 PM on Friday, June 21 to enjoy music by DJ Zeke Thomas, food and treats from around the neighborhood, a Confetti Project open studio/photo booth, SUNY Pride student fashion show, SUNY’s Got Your Back assembly event, free resources and information from national and NYC-based LGBTQ+ organizations and more.

The celebration will also feature lipsyncing performances by FIT’s annual Drag Pageant winners, with the SUNY Pride Parade Float serving as the stage.
