It takes two to Tango…any two!

Tango Libertad is a collaboration between Colette and Katerina. Their love of tango is what brought them together and their passion for liberation fuels their creativity. For many of us dancing tango brings out our truest self, but can we truly be ourselves if we are not free to be?

Join Colette and Katerina at their queer tango workshop and learn with them the most common & fundamental elements of this dance . Our teaching method is a school of traditional Argentine tango, the authentic classical tango as it was danced in Argentina during the Golden Age of Tango. Participants will learn how to tango as it is socially danced today anywhere in the world.

The ultimate goal of our workshop series is for the participants to open their heart, close their eyes and share the passion of dancing tango.
