New York Philharmonic’s Annual Lunar New Year Concert and Gala

This concert is a Special Event of the 2021–22 season.

Celebrate the Lunar New Year — and welcome the Year of the Tiger — with the New York Philharmonic.

Violinist Stella Chen joins the Orchestra in Bizet’s Carmen Fantasie and Ma Sicong’s Nostalgia, and Hera Hyesang sings songs by Dvořák, Cho Doo-nam, and Lim Geung-soo. Earl Lee conducts audience favorites by Berlioz and Dukas, as well as Li Huanzhi’s Spring Festival Overture.
