Celebrate the legacy of the Black feminist icon Audre Lorde with a documentary screening & a marathon reading of Lorde’s work!

Join us for a screening of the documentary film The Berlin Years, followed by a marathon reading of Lorde’s work.
We will begin the celebration with a screening of Dagmar Schultz’s documentary The Berlin Years, exploring Lorde’s impact in the Afro-German movement of West-Berlin during the ’80s and early ’90s. Then, at 6PM, join fellow Lorde enthusiasts in honoring her legacy with a marathon reading of her powerful and inspiring work!
