Dave’s Lesbian Bar Presents: Queer Cafeteria

After celebrating one year of community building, Dave is hungry for more… and at our Queer Cafeteria™️, you can ALWAYS sit with us. 🍽 Mark your calendars for our most delicious pop-up yet on August 13th at Astoria’s East River-side hidden treasure, @socratespark. We’re proud to be joined by programming partner @queerfoodfoundation for this special event, which will benefit QFF and other organizations that directly support queer-trans food access, culinary arts and joy through nourishment.

It’s an all day affair! Get acquainted with the park grounds during morning yoga and field study, shop a market full of fresh produce and other goodies, nourish yourselves with lunch dishes cooked up by queer chefs, all leading up to live queer music and dance performances around the park. Bring your favorite brunch babes and a blanket for this gay park picnic of your dreams.

There are still spots left for made to order and market vendors. Queens based, non-white, trans, disabled and first time vendors to the front! Know of a queer focused food justice organization that should be represented? Send them our way!
